Peel Thoroughly Improves the Health Status of Pregnant Women and Children in the UMKU International Midwifery Webinar in collaboration with Taiwan University

Saturday (5/12), KUI Muhammadiyah Kudus University held another activity International Series 4 Midwifery “Cunducting Midwifery Care for Nutritional Status of Children During Pandemic Covid-19 “. This activity was held together National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Science, Taiwan virtually / online.

This seminar was opened by Rizka Himawan, M.Psi (Vice Rector II for Administration and Finance, Muhammadiyah Kudus University). In his remarks, he said that this activity is one form of implementation of cooperation in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education between Muhammadiyah Kudus University (Indonesia) and the University of Taiwan and is the last webinar activity in the context of the Muhammadiyah Kudus University Anniversary.

This activity presented 4 Keynote Speakers, namely Prof. Kuo Su Chen and Ms. Tung from National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Science, Taiwan , Indah Risnawati, M.Keb, and Umi Faridah, MNS from the Muhammadiyah University of Kudus. This activity was attended by 150 participants.

The first speaker, Indah Risnawati, M.Keb ( Head of Midwifery Department ), discussing “ Antenatal care during pregnancy in pandemic era “This material examines the problems faced not only by pregnant women, but also by midwives in providing midwifery services during a pandemic. Of course, by using the service mobile health and social media in consultation with pregnant women with health workers, as well as paying attention to the health protocol for the prevention of Covid -19 in implementing midwifery services.
